CommonGood is a bold new platform launching in Exeter, designed to transform how businesses connect with charities and community groups.
It tackles a long-standing challenge in corporate volunteering and giving: the mismatch between what businesses want to offer like time, skills or funds and what local organisations actually need.
Through a simple, accessible digital platform, CommonGood hosts a live feed of real community requests, ranging from hands-on projects like building a sensory garden, to professional support in areas such as legal advice or marketing. Businesses can browse and “claim” the tasks that match their expertise, ensuring their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts are targeted, meaningful, and genuinely useful.
